Our Verse of Today (19/11/2017)

     “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2: 8)

The Title of Our Today’s Topic: Salvation by Faith

     The previous verse was addressed by the Apostle Paul to the Christians of Ephesians as part of his message to them.

      From our verse of today we can learn these very important and valuable points:

1.     Apostle Paul explained to them that they had got saved not because of their goodness or any good things they did to God or to other people but just because of their believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

2.     The faith of the Ephesians was the key for their salvation.

3.     Over all Apostle Paul had confirmed that their salvation was God’s gift to them just because of their faith in Jesus Christ.

     My dear fellow Christians in general, in spite of the fact that salvation is just by faith in Christ Jesus, nevertheless a lot of people didn’t benefit from this privilege. Therefore, let us do our level best through all possible means in order to expose this free gift to others as possible as we can with hope that some of them can be saved.
